Cancelations
Your appointments are very important to us and reserved specifically for you. We understand life happens and schedule adjustments will occur, should you need to cancel or change your appointment please give us at least 48 hours notice. Less than 48 notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. Our online booking system is available to you 24 hours a day so you can cancel & reschedule as soon as you notice there is an issue. Last minute cancellations will require a 75% non refundable deposit prior to booking your next appointment.
NO SHOWS WILL SIMPLY NOT BE RESCHEDULED
Late policy
We will do our best to accommodate you if you are running a little late, however if you are running more than 15 minutes late we may need to eliminate some services or reschedule your appointment entirely. If this occurs more than once there will be a 50% non refundable deposit required prior to booking your next appointment.
Children in the salon
WE LOVE CHILDREN, however the salon can be a boring & dangerous place for them. We want every guest experience to be relaxing and enjoyable (including yours) so we ask that you please not bring your children or babies to your hair appointments. The salon is far from child proof and there are many hot tools, chemicals and sharp objects that could hurt unsuspecting, curious little ones.

Reflections salon & spa is not responsible for refunds. Each stylist is an Independent Contractor. If you are not completely satisfied with your service please bring it to YOUR STYLIST'S attention within 48 hours of your appointment.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your products an exchange may be made for another product of equal or lesser value with in 7 days of the original purchase.
